• The full annual membership fee for the following year is invoiced in January.
• The payment term is 21 days.
• The service level may be upgraded at any time during the year.
• Additional services will be invoiced pro rata until 31 December of the current year.
• A membership may be downgraded or cancelled by email, written notice or telephone before 1 December.
• Unless cancelled or downgraded before 1 December, the existing membership and service level will be renewed for the following calendar year.
